Yesterday was my sweet, little neighbor Eva's 9th birthday. Eva is one of the kindest little ladies that I know. My son absolutely loves her!
I have been promising her for months that I would make her cupcakes for her birthday so I hope I didn't disappoint. The were rich, moist chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream. I love the vivid color of the buttercream. A wonderful match for Eva's vibrant personality.
